Highlights from Event Production Show 2020

The team at Visions had a great couple of days at the Event Production Show meeting with new and familiar event industry professionals. This year’s show took place on 25th and 26th February in its new home – Excel, London and was co-located with Confex and the PA show so there was plenty of networking happening across the show floors.

Our new advertising campaign recently started so we were immediately tasked with designing a new stand that incorporated our “new look”. Starting from a blank piece of paper our in-house creative team meticulously designed our stand to enable us to deliver a showcase to host two of our five divisions – creative technical production and power. We produced all the graphics inhouse and made an additional visual impact using large CNC Foamex letters which proved to be a real hit with visitors.

Visitors to the shows were able to experience our technical equipment first hand as we were delighted to have been asked by the organiser of the show Mash Media to provide a range of plasma and LED screens along with quality sound solutions to the theatre and key-note speakers in the PA show and the Experiential Theatre and Safest Stage at Event Production show as well as providing audio visual equipment to  individual exhibitor stands across the shows as a preferred AV supplier.

And our involvement didn’t stop there! Across in Confex, we also partnered with Delegate Wranglers where we designed and built the central area of the stand and provided audio visual equipment to demonstrate their fabulous Facebook members Group which now attracts over 18000 members.
