Serco PLC Countrywide TourSerco is a huge multinational PFI company, with its main operating base in the UK; we have provided all the production for the results & interim results presentations up and down the country for the last few years in association with the graphics company we work with. Following the approach we had to these presentations, we were asked by Serco to provide all the audio visual support for the CEO & Chairman’s staff ‘Get Together’ and ‘Show & Shares’ these were planned to happen between two and five times a month, through out the UK and Europe, in a range of venues, with a range of guests. We had to develop four options of set size, ranging on the smallest based on a 42” plasma to the largest based on a 10’ x 7’6 projection screen. All of them had printed set surrounds to show different elements of Serco’s business. Each show lasted between one and three hours and was hosted by either the Chairman of CEO of Serco. We utilised numerous forms of transport from sending equipment on pallet line to Scotland and then flying the engineers, or driving to Cornwall. The main equipment used for the events consisted of Sanyo XP57’s & associated audio visual equipment, Tannoy V8’s & associated sound equipment, and LED colour bricks for the set lighting.
